Kdy\u017e Franti\u0161ek pravidlo poslal do \u0158\u00edma, pape\u017e se na n\u011bj pod\u00edval a \u0159ekl: \u201eToto nen\u00ed pravidlo. Je to jen evangelium.\u201c Je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 sly\u0161et, jak Franti\u0161ek odpov\u00edd\u00e1: \u201eAno, o to pr\u00e1v\u011b jde! Nepot\u0159ebujeme \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 jin\u00e9 pravidlo krom\u011b evangelia!\u201c B\u00fdt franti\u0161k\u00e1nem neznamen\u00e1 nic jin\u00e9ho ne\u017e neust\u00e1le hledat \u201epodstatu evangelia\u201c, jak to Franti\u0161ek naz\u00fdval. [2] Franti\u0161ek v\u011b\u0159il, \u017ee smyslem a c\u00edlem na\u0161eho \u017eivota je \u017e\u00edt podstatu nebo j\u00e1dro evangelia. Od t\u00e9 chv\u00edle Franti\u0161ek p\u0159i \u010dten\u00ed evangelia pova\u017eoval chudobu za \u201ez\u00e1klad v\u0161ech ostatn\u00edch ctnost\u00ed a jejich str\u00e1\u017ece\u201c. [4] Zat\u00edmco ostatn\u00ed ctnosti dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed pouze jako slib, chudoba je obda\u0159ena nebem ji\u017e nyn\u00ed \u2013 \u201eJeho je kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed nebesk\u00e9\u201c (Matou\u0161 5:3). P\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fd \u010das!\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jednoduch\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl s&nbsp;Duchem svat\u00fdm<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>V d\u016fsledku toho franti\u0161k\u00e1nsk\u00e1 spiritualita nikdy nebyla abstrakc\u00ed. Je zalo\u017eena na konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch pokynech Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161e jeho u\u010dedn\u00edk\u016fm, nikoli na ideologii nebo denomin\u00e1ln\u00edch jistot\u00e1ch. Franti\u0161k\u016fv \u017eivot podle evangelia byl pr\u00e1v\u011b t\u00edm: jednoduch\u00fdm \u017eivotn\u00edm stylem. Bylo to vt\u011blen\u00ed Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161e Krista pokra\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed v prostoru a \u010dase. Byla to p\u0159\u00edtomnost Ducha p\u0159ij\u00edman\u00e1 jako skute\u010dnost. Bylo to b\u00fdt Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161em v\u00edce ne\u017e jen uct\u00edvat Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161e. V nejlep\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nen\u00ed franti\u0161k\u00e1nsk\u00fd \u017eivot slovy ani etikou. Je to t\u011blo \u2013 nah\u00e9, zraniteln\u00e9 t\u011blo \u2013 neschopn\u00e9 pop\u0159\u00edt sv\u00e9 omezen\u00ed, neschopn\u00e9 zakr\u00fdt sv\u00e9 r\u00e1ny. Franti\u0161ek tuto vnit\u0159n\u00ed nahotu naz\u00fdval \u201echudobou\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u00e1\u0161 zp\u016fsob \u017eivota \u2013 b\u00fdt sp\u00e1sou<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tato \u010dist\u00e1 vize \u017eivota p\u0159il\u00e1kala tis\u00edce lid\u00ed k nov\u00e9 svobod\u011b v c\u00edrkvi a ve slu\u017eb\u011b.
