Star\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk m\u00e1 v&nbsp;n\u011bkter\u00fdch kultur\u00e1ch \u010destn\u00e9 m\u00edsto, po\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 \u00facty a v\u00e1\u017enosti. V&nbsp;na\u0161\u00ed \u201eodpadkov\u00e9 kultu\u0159e\u201c je bohu\u017eel star\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk br\u00e1n jako nadbyte\u010dn\u00fd, kter\u00fd u\u017e nem\u00e1 co d\u00e1t. Neexistuje p\u0159esn\u00fd okam\u017eik n\u00e1stupu st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, nebo\u0165 fyziologick\u00e9 zm\u011bny v&nbsp;lidsk\u00e9m organizmu&nbsp;spojen\u00e9 se st\u00e1rnut\u00edm prob\u00edhaj\u00ed neust\u00e1le a pozvolna a jde o velmi individu\u00e1ln\u00ed nezvratn\u00fd&nbsp;fyziologick\u00fd&nbsp;proces, kter\u00fd u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka prob\u00edh\u00e1 jinak. N\u011bkdy b\u00fdv\u00e1 za tuto hranici pova\u017eov\u00e1n v\u011bk 65 let, nicm\u00e9n\u011b s technick\u00fdm a&nbsp;v\u011bdeck\u00fdm&nbsp;rozvojem lidsk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti se tato hranice neust\u00e1le posouv\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161. V\u0161ichni&nbsp;lid\u00e9, co po\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed&nbsp;starobn\u00ed d\u016fchod, b\u00fdvaj\u00ed okoln\u00ed spole\u010dnost\u00ed fakticky pokl\u00e1d\u00e1ni za starce, kte\u0159\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b pro\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed sv\u00e9 st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201eAgeismus \u2013 neboli v\u011bkov\u00e1 diskriminace je ideologie zalo\u017een\u00e1 na sd\u00edlen\u00e9m p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed o&nbsp;kvalitativn\u00ed nerovnosti jednotliv\u00fdch f\u00e1z\u00ed lidsk\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho cyklu. Proto jsem r\u00e1da, \u017ee se toto t\u00e9ma dost\u00e1v\u00e1 do pop\u0159ed\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b ve franti\u0161k\u00e1nsk\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed, nebo\u0165 v&nbsp;jejich kruz\u00edch je mnoho star\u00fdch lid\u00ed a douf\u00e1m, \u017ee alespo\u0148 zde by ageismus nem\u011bl m\u00edt m\u00edsto. I kdy\u017e energie ml\u00e1d\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee sv\u00e1d\u011bt i zde k&nbsp;up\u0159ednost\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdkonu mlad\u0161\u00edch oproti moudrosti st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co tedy su\u017euje \u010dlov\u011bka ve st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed? Obecn\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm je \u010dlov\u011bk star\u0161\u00ed, t\u00edm v\u00edce m\u00e1 oslaben&nbsp;imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m, co\u017e vede k tomu, \u017ee je v\u00edce n\u00e1chyln\u00fd k&nbsp;nemocem. Ov\u0161em jako je ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk jin\u00fd, tak plat\u00ed, \u017ee i st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk jinak. Pravidlo \u201epohyb je \u017eivot\u201c d\u00e1v\u00e1 ve st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed vyniknout. <strong>\u010clov\u011bk, kter\u00fd je zvykl\u00fd cvi\u010dit chodit, pohybovat se, sportovat, si i ve st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed udr\u017euje dobrou t\u011blesnou kondici. <\/strong>N\u011bkdy t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 nemoc nebo \u00faraz \u010dlov\u011bka upout\u00e1 p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b na l\u016f\u017eko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010clov\u011bk ve st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed tak\u00e9 obvykle trp\u00ed v\u00edce&nbsp;nespavost\u00ed&nbsp;a&nbsp;\u00fanavou. \u010cast\u011bji tak\u00e9 doch\u00e1z\u00ed k poruch\u00e1m mozkov\u00e9 \u010dinnosti. Lid\u00e9 v tomto v\u011bku z tohoto&nbsp;d\u016fvodu&nbsp;tak\u00e9 obvykle h\u016f\u0159e vid\u00ed i sly\u0161\u00ed. Ve st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed se m\u011bn\u00ed&nbsp;chu\u0165&nbsp;v d\u016fsledku ub\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00ed&nbsp;chu\u0165ov\u00fdch poh\u00e1rk\u016f. Zv\u00fdrazn\u011bn\u00e1 je tak\u00e9 pot\u0159eba&nbsp;vyprazd\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed, se kterou maj\u00ed senio\u0159i mnohdy probl\u00e9my (z\u00e1cpa, inkontinence). Senio\u0159i pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed v\u00edce \u010dasu pro odpo\u010dinek a sp\u00e1nek. Sp\u00e1nek je polyf\u00e1zick\u00fd (prob\u00edh\u00e1 ve v\u00edce f\u00e1z\u00edch, nejen v noci). Velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je pot\u0159eba b\u00fdt bez bolesti, \u00fanavy, m\u00edt zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 teplo a pohodl\u00ed. Naopak n\u011bkter\u00e9 fyziologick\u00e9 pot\u0159eby ustupuj\u00ed do pozad\u00ed, nap\u0159. pot\u0159eba p\u0159\u00edjmu tekutin, hygienick\u00e9 a sexu\u00e1ln\u00ed pot\u0159eby, \u00faprava zevn\u011bj\u0161ku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Senio\u0159i pro\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 obavy z onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, ztr\u00e1ty \u017eivotn\u00edho partnera, z\u00e1vislosti na jin\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9 osob\u011b.<strong> Dominuj\u00ed pot\u0159eby jistoty, bezpe\u010d\u00ed i ekonomick\u00e9 jistoty<\/strong>. Nejistota tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ib\u00fdvat z nedostatk\u016f informac\u00ed o sv\u00e9m zdravotn\u00edm stavu, o pl\u00e1novan\u00fdch vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00edch, apod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Senio\u0159i ke konci \u017eivota bilancuj\u00ed nad f\u00e1zemi sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota, hodnot\u00ed sv\u016fj dosavadn\u00ed \u017eivot a pokl\u00e1daj\u00ed si ot\u00e1zky o smyslu sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota. <\/strong>P\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00ed, zda u\u010dinili v\u0161e, co si kladli za svoje c\u00edle. \u010casto se st\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee na sv\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky nena\u0161li odpov\u011bdi. Proto se pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed sv\u011b\u0159it n\u011bkomu, kdo jim aktivn\u011b naslouch\u00e1 a poskytuje prostor k tomu, aby odpov\u011bdi na ot\u00e1zky nalezli sami v sob\u011b.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J<strong>ak tedy p\u0159istupovat ke star\u00e9mu \u010dlov\u011bku? P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm s&nbsp;\u00factou.<\/strong> V\u00e1\u017eit si druh\u00e9ho znamen\u00e1 respektovat jeho zvyklosti, m\u00edt porozum\u011bn\u00ed pro vrtochy st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. \u00dabytek zraku a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm sluchu \u010dasto zp\u016fsob\u00ed, \u017ee se \u010dlov\u011bk stahuje do ulity, proto\u017ee okol\u00ed nerozum\u00ed. Zhor\u0161en\u00ed pam\u011bti je \u010dasto zp\u016fsobeno jen t\u00edm, \u017ee si star\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk neuva\u0159\u00ed, sn\u00ed jen n\u011bjakou \u201ebuchtu s&nbsp;kafem\u201c. Pohl\u00eddat proto kvalitn\u00ed j\u00eddlo a dostatek tekutin je z\u00e1kladem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u0159i n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv\u00e1ch senior\u016f je dobr\u00e9 povzbuzovat aktivitu, spole\u010dn\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed nebo alespo\u0148 prota\u017een\u00ed prosp\u011bje udr\u017een\u00ed pohyblivosti. <\/strong>Star\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk v\u00edce sed\u00ed, co\u017e vede k&nbsp;bolestem zad. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tak m\u00e1 sklon m\u00e9n\u011b zvedat p\u0159i ch\u016fzi nohy. Pak sta\u010d\u00ed mal\u00e9 p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky \u2013 prahy, kobere\u010dky a p\u00e1d na sebe ned\u00e1 dlouho \u010dekat. Sklon k&nbsp;p\u00e1d\u016fm b\u00fdv\u00e1 i p\u0159i u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed \u201epr\u00e1\u0161k\u016f na span\u00ed\u201c. <strong>Proto je l\u00e9pe doporu\u010dit ve\u010der pop\u00edjet nap\u0159. t\u0159ezalkov\u00fd \u010daj a po r\u00e1nu zase siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed k\u00e1vu. P\u0159itom pr\u00e1v\u011b ony mohou star\u00e9mu \u010dlov\u011bku pomoci z\u016fstat ve spojen\u00ed se sv\u011btem. Zajistit velko-tla\u010d\u00edtkov\u00fd ovlada\u010d na TV, zajistit po\u010d\u00edta\u010d s&nbsp;internetov\u00fdm p\u0159ipojen\u00edm v\u010detn\u011b trp\u011bliv\u00e9ho \u0161kolitele je obrovsk\u00e1 podpora del\u0161\u00ed samostatnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0161\u00edmav\u00fdm okem m\u016f\u017eeme t\u00e9\u017e zjistit pot\u0159ebu p\u00e9\u010de o nehty, pot\u0159ebu koupele, pot\u0159ebu p\u00e9\u010de o oble\u010den\u00ed, ale i t\u0159eba pot\u0159ebu \u00faklidu. To v\u0161e m\u016f\u017ee prob\u00edhat b\u011bhem p\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00e9 n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy, nen\u00ed t\u0159eba hned zaji\u0161\u0165ovat odbornou profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed pomoc. P\u0159i n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv\u00e1ch m\u016f\u017eeme tak\u00e9 spole\u010dn\u011b tr\u00e9novat pam\u011b\u0165 \u2013 r\u016fzn\u00fdmi kv\u00edzy, \u010detbou, ale i vzpom\u00ednkami a psan\u00edm \u017eivotopis\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zku\u0161enosti z&nbsp;pobytov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro seniory v&nbsp;posledn\u00edm roce ukazuj\u00ed na nevhodnost t\u011bchto za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. <strong>P\u0159irozen\u00e9 je z\u016fstat i ve st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed doma. Alespo\u0148 franti\u0161k\u00e1nsk\u00fdm terci\u00e1\u0159\u016fm bychom to mohli umo\u017enit.<\/strong> I \u010dlov\u011bk upoutan\u00fd na l\u016f\u017eko m\u016f\u017ee s&nbsp;p\u0159isp\u011bn\u00edm odborn\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de z\u016fstat doma. V&nbsp;dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b m\u00e1 tzv. dom\u00e1c\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de dostatek pom\u016fcek k&nbsp;o\u0161et\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed i t\u011b\u017ece nemocn\u00fdch pacient\u016f. \u010casto by rodina m\u011bla dobrou v\u016fli starat se o sv\u00e9 star\u00e9 rodi\u010de doma, ale po\u017eadavky kladen\u00e9 na dceru, syna ze strany zam\u011bstnavatele i povinnosti ve vlastn\u00ed rodin\u011b vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed na d\u011bti obrovsk\u00fd tlak. Mluv\u00edme o tzv. sendvi\u010dov\u00e9 generaci. A tak velk\u00e1 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e je mnohdy d\u016fvodem pro um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed star\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka v&nbsp;pobytov\u00e9m za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. <strong>Je pot\u0159eba tyto pe\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed rodiny podporovat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Od roku 1991 si sv\u011bt p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 1. 10.
