Kontemplativn\u00ed mysl n\u00e1m ne\u0159\u00edk\u00e1, co m\u00e1me vid\u011bt, ale u\u010d\u00ed n\u00e1s, jak vid\u011bt to, co vid\u00edme.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kontemplace n\u00e1s u\u010d\u00ed prodlou\u017eit dobu bez du\u00e1ln\u00edho my\u0161len\u00ed<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak se v\u0161ak nau\u010dit t\u00e9to kontemplativn\u00ed mysli, tomuto hlubok\u00e9mu, tajemn\u00e9mu a \u017eivotod\u00e1rn\u00e9mu zp\u016fsobu vid\u011bn\u00ed a byt\u00ed se skute\u010dnost\u00ed? Pro\u010d to pro n\u00e1s nen\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u00e9? Ve skute\u010dnosti se to na okam\u017eik dostav\u00ed ve stavech velk\u00e9 l\u00e1sky a velk\u00e9ho utrpen\u00ed, ale takov\u00e9to vid\u011bn\u00ed s \u0161irok\u00fdma o\u010dima obvykle netrv\u00e1 dlouho. Rychle se vrac\u00edme k dualistick\u00e9 anal\u00fdze a pomoc\u00ed sv\u00fdch soud\u016f se sna\u017e\u00edme znovu z\u00edskat kontrolu. Modlitebn\u00ed praxe \u2013 kontemplace \u2013 je prost\u011b zp\u016fsob, jak si dlouhodob\u011b a v r\u016fzn\u00fdch situac\u00edch udr\u017eet plody velk\u00e9 l\u00e1sky a velk\u00e9ho utrpen\u00ed. A to vy\u017eaduje hodn\u011b praxe \u2013 ve skute\u010dnosti se cel\u00fd n\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot st\u00e1v\u00e1 jednou nep\u0159etr\u017eitou prax\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Du\u00e1ln\u00ed my\u0161len\u00ed n\u00e1s de facto poni\u017euje<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Abychom se za\u010dali d\u00edvat nov\u00fdma o\u010dima, mus\u00edme pozorovat a obvykle se nechat poko\u0159it navykl\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, s n\u00edm\u017e se setk\u00e1v\u00e1me v ka\u017ed\u00e9m okam\u017eiku. Je to poni\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed, proto\u017ee uvid\u00edme, \u017ee m\u00e1me dob\u0159e za\u017eit\u00fdch jen n\u011bkolik p\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00fdch reakc\u00ed. Jen m\u00e1lo na\u0161ich reakc\u00ed je origin\u00e1ln\u00edch, neot\u0159el\u00fdch nebo p\u0159irozen\u011b respektuj\u00edc\u00edch to, co m\u00e1me p\u0159\u00edmo p\u0159ed sebou. Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi lidsk\u00fdmi reakcemi na nov\u00fd okam\u017eik jsou ned\u016fv\u011bra, cynismus, strach, reakce na kolenou, duch odm\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed a p\u0159ehnan\u00fd odsudek. Je to tak demotivuj\u00edc\u00ed, kdy\u017e m\u00e1me odvahu kone\u010dn\u011b vid\u011bt, \u017ee toto jsou b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 zp\u016fsoby, jak se ego sna\u017e\u00ed m\u00edt kontrolu nad daty \u2013 m\u00edsto aby dovolilo okam\u017eiku z\u00edskat nad n\u00e1mi kontrolu a nau\u010dit n\u00e1s n\u011bco nov\u00e9ho!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ke kontemplaci pot\u0159ebujeme bezd\u016fvodn\u00fd \u00fa\u017eas<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Abychom dovolili okam\u017eiku u\u010dit n\u00e1s, mus\u00edme si dovolit b\u00fdt j\u00edm alespo\u0148 trochu ohromeni, dokud n\u00e1s nep\u0159it\u00e1hne dovnit\u0159 a vzh\u016fru k jemn\u00e9mu pro\u017eitku \u00fa\u017easu. Obvykle pot\u0159ebujeme jedin\u00fd okam\u017eik bezd\u016fvodn\u00e9ho \u00fa\u017easu, abychom za\u010dali. Je to n\u011bco, co lid\u00e9 \u010dasto za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b &#8211; na pov\u011bstn\u00e9m vrcholu hory, p\u0159i proch\u00e1zce lesem, p\u0159i pohledu na n\u00e1dhern\u00fd v\u00fdhled na oce\u00e1n. Ale mysl\u00edm, \u017ee jde tak\u00e9 o to, vn\u00e9st tento pocit \u00facty do mali\u010dkost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 \u010dasto pova\u017eujeme za samoz\u0159ejm\u00e9 nebo za sou\u010d\u00e1st pozad\u00ed na\u0161eho \u017eivota. Pat\u0159\u00ed sem kv\u011btiny u silnice; chu\u0165 zmrzliny v na\u0161ich \u00fastech; &#8230; nebo naj\u00edt na zemi opravdu, ale opravdu dobr\u00fd klacek. A pat\u0159\u00ed sem i v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 obvykle ani nepova\u017eujeme za pot\u011b\u0161en\u00ed, jako je tepl\u00e1 m\u00fddlov\u00e1 voda na na\u0161ich rukou, kdy\u017e myjeme n\u00e1dob\u00ed.
